गुजरात राज्यांचे माननीय राज्यपाल तथा विद्यापीठाचे माननीय कुलपती श्री आचार्य
देवव्रत यांच्या निर्देशानुसार वसंतराव नाईक मराठवाडा कृषि विद्यापीठ, परभणी येथे अविष्कार संशोधन महोत्सव
२०२५–२६ चे आयोजन करण्यात येणार आहे. यापूर्वीच्या वेळेत बदल होऊन दिनांक २८ ते ३१
जानेवारी २०२६ या कालावधीत संपन्न होणार आहे. या संशोधन महोत्सवात महाराष्ट्रातील कृषि
व अकृषि अशा एकूण २५ विद्यापीठांतील संशोधक विद्यार्थी-विद्यार्थिनी
सहभाग नोंदविणार आहेत.
या महोत्सवासाठी माननीय
राज्यपाल महोदय, महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे अतिवरिष्ठ अधिकारी, भारतीय कृषी अनुसंधान
परिषदेचे तसेच आंतरराष्ट्रीय अर्धकोरडवाहू उष्णकटिबंधीय पीक संशोधन संस्था (इक्रीसॅट)चे
अतिउच्च मान्यवर समारंभ येणार आहेत. तसेच सुमारे
६०० संशोधक विद्यार्थी, ६०० संशोधक विद्यार्थिनी, यांच्यासह २००
संघ व्यवस्थापक/संचालक विद्यार्थी कल्याण, १०० परीक्षक आणि विविध विद्यापीठांचे अधिकारी
तसेच कर्मचारी अशा एकूण २००० हून अधिक व्यक्तींना निवास व भोजन व्यवस्थेची आवश्यकता
भासणार आहे.
या महोत्सवात संशोधन
स्पर्धा,
बक्षीस वितरण तसेच इतर विविध कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करण्यात येणार
आहे. महोत्सवाचे आयोजन यशस्वीरीत्या पार पाडण्यासाठी लोकभवन कार्यालयाच्या
मार्गदर्शक सूचनांचे काटेकोर पालन करत माननीय कुलगुरू प्रा. (डॉ.) इन्द्र मणि
यांच्या मान्यतेने विद्यापीठस्तरीय विविध समित्यांचे गठन करण्यात आले आहे. या
समित्यांच्या कार्यांचा आढावा घेण्यासाठी माननीय कुलगुरू प्रा. (डॉ.) इन्द्र मणि
यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली दिनांक ०५ जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी सर्व समित्यांच्या अध्यक्ष,
उपाध्यक्ष व सचिवांची दुसरी बैठक घेण्यात आली. या बैठकीस शिक्षण संचालक डॉ. भगवान
आसेवार, संशोधन संचालक डॉ. खिजर बेग, विद्यापीठ अभियंता श्री
दीपक कशाळकर, विद्यार्थी कल्याण अधिकारी तथा समन्वयक डॉ. राजेश कदम यांची प्रमुख
उपस्थिती होती
माननीय कुलगुरूंनी
विविध समित्यांचा आढावा घेत असताना सांगितले की, या कालावधीत
विद्यापीठाच्या कोणत्याही परीक्षा नसल्यामुळे इच्छुक संशोधक विद्यार्थी या
महोत्सवात मोठ्या संख्येने सहभाग नोंदवतील. येणाऱ्या सर्व सन्माननीय मान्यवर,
परीक्षक तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना राहण्याची, जेवणाची
व वाहतुकीची सुविधा देताना कोणतीही कसर राहू देऊ नये, अशा
स्पष्ट सूचना माननीय कुलगुरूंनी दिल्या. महोत्सवाचे आयोजन अतिशय उच्च दर्जाचे व
शिस्तबद्ध होण्यासाठी त्यांनी महत्त्वपूर्ण आणि मार्गदर्शक सूचना केल्या. याबरोबरच
विद्यापीठ परिसराचे सुशोभीकरण करण्यासाठी विविध फुलझाडांची लागवड करणे, रस्त्यांवरील विद्युत बल्ब बसविणे, तसेच विद्यापीठात
बाहेरून येणाऱ्या सर्व मान्यवर, शास्त्रज्ञ, विद्यार्थी व पाहुण्यांच्या सोयी, काळजी व
सुरक्षिततेच्या दृष्टीने आवश्यक उपाययोजना करणे आणि महोत्सवासाठी सहकार्य मिळावे
यासाठी माननीय जिल्हाधिकारी, माननीय पोलीस अधीक्षक, महानगरपालिका, परिवहन विभाग, अग्निशामक
विभाग व आरोग्य विभाग अशा महत्त्वपूर्ण विभागांशी संपर्क ठेवून आवश्यक ती काळजी
घेण्याबाबत विनंती करण्याच्या सूचना त्यांनी दिल्या.
या महोत्सवात
महाराष्ट्रातील विविध विद्यापीठे आणि त्यांच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना सहज सहभागी होता
यावे यासाठी विद्यापीठाने अत्यंत उच्च दर्जाचे व परिपूर्ण असे संकेतस्थळ / वेब
पोर्टल विकसित केले असून त्याचा पत्ता https://vnmkvaavishkar2026.com/
असा आहे. यावर विद्यापीठे व विद्यार्थ्यांची नोंदणी सुरू झालेली
आहे. विद्यापीठाच्या संशोधनात्मक कार्याची व पायाभूत सुविधांची ओळख होण्यासाठी या
संकेतस्थळावर माहिती देण्यात यावी, असे माननीय कुलगुरूंनी
सुचविले.
शेवटी माननीय
कुलगुरूंनी विविध समित्यांचा आढावा घेताना कोणत्याही कामात दिरंगाई होऊ देऊ नये, अशा
सूचना दिल्या. बैठकीत विविध समित्यांनी अहवाल सादर करताना त्यांचे कार्य योग्य
दिशेने प्रगती करत असल्याचे सांगितले. या बैठकीस सर्व समित्यांचे अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष व सचिव उपस्थित होते.
Avishkar 2025–26 Research Festival from 28 to 31 January in VNMKV; more than 2,000 participants expected.
Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Indra Mani reviewed the preparations for the festival; gave instructions to ensure a high-quality and well-disciplined organization
As per the directions of the Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra and Gujarat and Chancellor of the University, Shri Acharya Devvrat, the “Avishkar Research Festival 2025–26” will be organized at Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani. The earlier schedule has been revised, and the festival will now be held from 28 to 31 January 2026. Researchers and students from a total of 25 agricultural and non-agricultural universities across Maharashtra will participate in this research festival.
For this festival, the Hon’ble Governor, very senior officials of the Government of Maharashtra, and eminent dignitaries from the Indian Council of Agricultural Research as well as the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) will be attending the programme. In addition, around 600 male research students and 600 female research students, along with 200 team managers / Directors of Student Welfare, 100 judges, and officers and staff from various universities — totalling more than 2,000 persons — will require arrangements for accommodation and meals.
In this festival, research competitions, prize distribution, and several other programmes will be organised. In order to successfully conduct the festival, various university-level committees have been constituted with the approval of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Indra Mani, strictly following the guidelines of the Lok Bhavan office.
To review the functioning of these committees, a second meeting of all committee chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and secretaries was held on 5 January 2026 under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Indra Mani.
The meeting was attended by Director of Instruction Dr. Bhagwan Asewar, Director of Research Dr. Khizar Baig, University Engineer Mr. Deepak Kashalkar, and Students’ Welfare officer and Coordinator Dr. Rajesh Kadam, among others.
While reviewing the work of the various committees, the Hon,ble Vice Chancellor stated that since there are no university examinations scheduled during this period, a large number of interested research students are expected to participate in the festival. He clearly instructed that no shortcomings should be allowed in providing accommodation, food, and transport facilities to all the distinguished guests, judges, and students who will be arriving. He also gave important and guiding instructions to ensure that the festival is organized in a very high-quality and disciplined manner.
In addition, he instructed that various flowering plants should be planted for beautification of the university campus, street lights should be installed along the roads, and all necessary arrangements should be made keeping in mind the convenience, care, and safety of all the dignitaries, scientists, students, and visitors coming from outside. He further directed that continuous coordination should be maintained with key departments such as the Hon,ble District Collector, the Hon,ble Superintendent of Police, the Municipal Corporation, the Transport Department, the Fire Brigade, and the Health Department, and that they should be formally requested to extend their cooperation and ensure all necessary support for the successful conduct of the festival.
In order to facilitate easy participation of various universities in Maharashtra and their students in this festival, the university has developed a very high-quality and comprehensive website / web portal, the address of which is https://vnmkvaavishkar2026.com/. Registration of universities and students has already begun on this portal. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor suggested that the website should also provide information about the university’s research activities and infrastructure so as to introduce these to visitors.
Finally, while reviewing the work of the various committees, the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor instructed that there should be no delays in any of the work. During the meeting, the different committees presented their reports and stated that their work was progressing in the right direction. Chairpersons, Vice-Chairpersons and Secretaries of all the committees were present at the meeting.
