ॲग्रोवन कृषि प्रदर्शनात माननीय कुलगुरू प्रा. (डॉ.) इन्द्र मणि यांची भेट; विद्यापीठाच्या स्टॉल्सचे विशेष आकर्षण

 

वसंतराव नाईक मराठवाडा कृषि विद्यापीठ, परभणी अंतर्गत छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील राष्ट्रीय कृषि संशोधन केंद्र, कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र–१ (पैठण रोड) तसेच बदनापूर येथील कृषि संशोधन केंद्र यांच्या वतीने छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथे दिनांक १० जानेवारी २०२६ पासून सुरू झालेल्या ॲग्रोवन कृषि प्रदर्शन–२०२६ मध्ये उभारलेला माहितीपूर्ण स्टॉल शेतकरी, विद्यार्थी व कृषि क्षेत्रातील मान्यवरांचे विशेष आकर्षण ठरत आहे.

या ॲग्रोवन कृषि प्रदर्शन–२०२६ मधील विद्यापीठ आणि इतर स्टॉलला वसंतराव नाईक मराठवाडा कृषि विद्यापीठाचे माननीय कुलगुरू प्रा. (डॉ.) इन्द्र मणि यांनी दिनांक १० जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी भेट दिली. यावेळी त्यांच्यासोबत विस्तार शिक्षण संचालक डॉ. राकेश अहिरे, सहयोगी अधिष्ठाता डॉ. दिपक पाटील, सहयोगी संचालक (संशोधन) डॉ. सूर्यकांत पवार, कार्यक्रम समन्वयक डॉ. दिप्ती पाटगावकर तसेच महाराष्ट्र शासन पुरस्कारप्राप्त शेतकरी मा. श्री. दादासाहेब शिंदे उपस्थित होते.

हे प्रदर्शन छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील जालना रोडवरील केंब्रिज स्कूलजवळ श्रीराम मंदिर ट्रस्टच्या पटांगणावर आयोजित करण्यात आले असून दिनांक १२ जानेवारी २०२६ पर्यंत सुरू राहणार आहे.

माननीय कुलगुरूंनी यावेळी विद्यापीठाच्या विविध केंद्रांच्या स्टॉल्ससह आत्मा (ATMA) तसेच विविध महिला बचतगट (SHG) यांच्या स्टॉल्सना भेट देऊन तेथील संशोधन, तंत्रज्ञान, उत्पादने व उपक्रमांची माहिती घेतली. शास्त्रज्ञ व कर्मचारी यांच्याशी चर्चा करत त्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत उपयुक्त तंत्रज्ञान प्रभावीपणे पोहोचवण्यावर भर दिला.

यावेळी माननीय कुलगुरूंनी विद्यापीठाच्या कृषि महाविद्यालय लिहाखेडी येथील प्रदर्शनामध्ये सहभागी झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांशीही संवाद साधला. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शैक्षणिक उपक्रमांची, संशोधनाची व नवकल्पनांची माहिती घेत त्यांनी त्यांना मार्गदर्शन केले व भविष्यातील कृषि क्षेत्रातील संधींबाबत प्रेरणादायी विचार मांडले. तसेच त्यांनी प्रदर्शनातील विविध उपक्रमांची माहिती जाणून घेत त्याचे कौतुक केले.

कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र १ च्या स्टॉलवर नैसर्गिक शेती, जैविक खते व जैविक बुरशीनाशके, फळबाग लागवड, फुलशेती, कुक्कुटपालन, शेळीपालन, कृषि हवामान सल्ला पत्रिका, किसान सारथी, कृषि अभियांत्रिकी, ड्रोनचा शेतीसाठी वापर तसेच कृषि विज्ञान केंद्राचे विविध उपक्रम याबाबत सविस्तर माहिती दिली जात आहे. या स्टॉलला विभागीय कृषि सहसंचालक श्री. वानखेडे, प्रकल्प संचालक आत्मा छत्रपती संभाजीनगर श्रीमती धनश्री जाधव, कृषि विभागातील विविध अधिकारी, शेतकरी बंधू-भगिनी, कृषि उद्योजक आणि विद्यार्थी यांनी मोठ्या संख्येने भेट देऊन माहिती घेतली आहे.

या भेटीमुळे विद्यापीठाच्या संशोधन व विस्तार कार्याला नवी दिशा मिळेल, असा विश्वास उपस्थितांनी व्यक्त केला. या प्रदर्शनामध्ये विद्यापीठाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी आणि  कर्मचाऱ्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांना मार्गदर्शन करत आहेत. या प्रदर्शनात जास्तीत जास्त शेतकरी बंधू-भगिनी व विद्यार्थ्यांनी विद्यापीठांच्या स्टॉलला भेट द्यावी असे आवाहन विस्तार शिक्षण संचालक डॉ. राकेश अहिरे यांच्या वतीने करण्यात आले आहे.

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Indra Mani visited the Agrowon Agricultural Exhibition; the university’s stalls were a major attraction.

 

The informative stalls set up by Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural University (VNMKV), Parbhani, through its National Agricultural Research Center, Krishi Vigyan Kendra–1 (Paithan Road), and the Agricultural Research Center, Badnapur, at the Agrowon Agricultural Exhibition–2026 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, which began on 10th January 2026, have emerged as a major attraction for farmers, students, and dignitaries from the agriculture sector.

At this exhibition, the University’s stalls were visited by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Indra Mani on 10th January 2026. He was accompanied by Director of Extension Education Dr. Rakesh Ahire, Associate Dean Dr. Deepak Patil, Associate Director (Research) Dr. Suryakant Pawar, Program Coordinator Dr. Deepti Patgaonkar, as well as Maharashtra Government Award-winning farmer Mr. Dadasaheb Shinde.

The exhibition is being held at the Shreeram Mandir Trust grounds near Cambridge School on Jalna Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and will continue until 12th January 2026.

During his visit, the Vice Chancellor explored various University stalls along with ATMA (Agricultural Technology Management Agency) and several women’s self-help group (SHG) stalls, gathering detailed information about the research, technologies, products, and initiatives on display. He interacted with scientists and staff, emphasizing the effective dissemination of useful technologies to farmers.

The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor also interacted with students participating from the College of Agriculture, Lihakhedi, learning about their academic projects, research, and innovations. He provided guidance and shared inspirational thoughts about future opportunities in the agriculture sector, while appreciating the different initiatives showcased at the exhibition.

At the Krishi Vigyan Kendra–1 stall, detailed information was provided on natural farming, organic fertilizers and biopesticides, horticulture, floriculture, poultry farming, goat rearing, agricultural weather advisory bulletins, Kisan Sarathi, agricultural engineering, drone usage in farming, and other initiatives of the center. The stall received a large number of visitors, including Divisional Agriculture Deputy Director Mr. Wankhede, Project Director of ATMA Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Ms. Dhanshree Jadhav, various agriculture department officials, farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, and students, who all sought information.

The visit is expected to give a new direction to the University’s research and extension activities, as expressed by attendees. University officials and staff are guiding farmers at the exhibition, and Director of Extension Education Dr. Rakesh Ahire has urged that as many farmers, women, and students as possible should visit the University stalls to benefit from the knowledge and technologies on display.
