परभणीच्या छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथील राष्ट्रीय कृषि संशोधन प्रकल्पाद्वारे आयोजित मध्य
महाराष्ट्र पठारी विभागासाठीची ७५ वी विभागीय संशोधन व विस्तार सल्लागार समिती
बैठक दिनांक १४ जून रोजी राष्ट्रीय कृषि संशोधन प्रकल्प येथे संपन्न झाली. बैठकीच्या
अध्यक्षस्थानी माननीय कुलगुरू डॉ. इन्द्र मणि हे होते तर व्यासपीठावर संशोधन संचालक
डॉ. खिजर बेग, विस्तार शिक्षण संचालक
डॉ.धर्मराज गोखले,
पुणे येथील कृषि परिषदेचे संशोधन संचालक डॉ.हरिहर कौसडीकर,
यांची
उपस्थिती होती
कार्यक्रमात
बोलताना मा कुलगुरू डॉ इन्द्र मणि म्हणाले की,
शेतकऱ्यांच्या
शेतावरील समस्यांचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी विद्यापीठ, कृषि विभाग व इतर विस्तार
यंत्रणांद्वारे प्राप्त शेतकऱ्यांचे प्रात्याभरणे हे संशोधन आणि विस्तार कार्याची
दिशा ठरवण्यात अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण ठरतात. प्रात्याभरणावर आधारित आणि मराठवाड्यातील
हवामानाशी पूरक संशोधन विद्यापीठामार्फत करण्यात येते. हे संशोधन शेतकऱ्यांच्या
शेतापर्यंत पोहचवण्याचे काम विद्यापीठ, कृषि विभाग व इतर विस्तार यंत्रणेतील सर्वांचे
असून यासाठी सर्वांनी कटिबध्द असणे आवश्यक आहे. कृषि विभाग व विद्यापीठ
यांच्यामध्ये नियमितपणे अशा बैठका होण्याची आवश्यकता आहे. ज्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांच्या
अडचणी समजून घेऊन त्यावर उपाययोजना शेतकऱ्यांना देणे प्रभावीपणे होईल. येणाऱ्या
काळात देखील परभणी विद्यापीठामार्फत विविध वाण,
शिफारशी
व सुविधा शेतकऱ्यांसाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहेत. भविष्यात सर्वच विभागांनी
एकत्र येऊन सतत व सामूहिक प्रयत्न केले तर आपल्याला आवश्यक असणारा बदल घडवून आणणे
शक्य होणार आहे. त्यामुळे सर्वांनी "शेतकरी देवो भव:" हे ब्रीदवाक्य
नेहमी लक्षात ठेवून अत्यंत प्रभावीपणे कार्य करावे असे नमूद केले.
यावेळी
संशोधन संचालक डॉ. खिजर बेग यांनी, विद्यापीठामार्फत
संशोधनाचे कार्य मोठ्या प्रमाणावर सुरू आहे तसेच सर्वच पिकांबद्दल संशोधन करून वाण
व पिकांच्या सुधारित लागवड तंत्रज्ञाच्या शिफारशी देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. या
सर्वांची माहिती शेतकऱ्यांपर्यंत पोहचवणे आवश्यक असुन शेतकऱ्यांची उत्पादकता
वाढविण्यावर भर देण्याची गरज आहे, असे प्रतिपादन केले.
तदनंतर
विस्तार शिक्षण संचालक डॉ.धर्मराज गोखले म्हणाले की,
विद्यापीठाच्या
तंत्रज्ञानाचा प्रसार करण्यासाठी शेतकऱ्यांच्या प्रक्षेत्रावरील प्रात्यक्षिके
वाढवावे. तसेच सर्वच यंत्रणांनी माझा एक दिवस माझ्या बळीराजासोबत सारखे नाविन्यपूर्ण
उपक्रम शेतकरी स्थरावर राबवावेत. तसेच विद्यापीठाच्या ज्या तंत्रज्ञानाचा
शेतकऱ्यांनी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर अवलंब केलेला आहे त्याच्या संबंधित माहितीचे देखील
संकलन करून त्याचाही प्रसार व सादरीकरण करणे आवश्यक आहे.
याप्रसंगी
मार्गदर्शन करताना कृषि परिषदेचे डॉ.हरिहर कौसडीकर यांनी,
कृषि
विद्यापीठ व कृषि विभाग यांचे कार्य चांगल्या पद्धतीने सुरु असुन विद्यापीठातील
संशोधन हे शेतकऱ्यांच्या प्रक्षेत्रातून झाले पाहिजे म्हणजे ते आणखी प्रभावीपणे
होईल. शेतकऱ्यांच्या स्थरावर ज्या प्रमुख अडचणी येतात अशा ठिकाणांचे समूह ओळखून
त्यांना त्यांच्याच शेतावर जाऊन विद्यापीठाने मार्गदर्शन व संशोधन करावे, असे नमूद
केले.
कार्यक्रमात
छत्रपती संभाजीनगर विभागाचे विभागीय कृषि सहसंचालक डॉ. तुकाराम मोटे यांनी छत्रपती
संभाजीनगर विभागाचे खरीप हंगाम नियोजनाचे सादरीकरण केले. याबरोबरच शंखी गोगलगाय,
सतत
पावसामुळे मल्चिंग वरील मिरची मधील मर रोगाचे जास्त प्रमाण,
नाविन्यपूर्ण
फळपिकांची लागवड मार्गदर्शन, आंबा
व मोसंबी अति घन लागवड, सुरती
हुरडा साठवणूक पद्धत, सोयाबीन
व मका पिकांमध्ये जोड ओळ पद्धत आणि एस आर टी तंत्रज्ञान इत्यादी बाबींवर
विद्यापीठाने संशोधन व विस्तार कार्य मोठ्या प्रमाणावर करावे असेही सांगितले.
कार्यक्रमाची प्रस्तावना डॉ.सूर्यकांत पवार यांनी केली तसेच बैठकीत सादर करण्यात आलेले विविध उपाय व सूचनाची अंमलबजावणी तसेच विस्तार सर्व विभागांनी करावा, असे आवाहन केले. यावेळी कृषी विभाग व विद्यापीठाच्या विविध विभागाद्वारे आपापल्या विभागांचे सादरीकरण करण्यात आले आणि आलेल्या प्रात्याभरणावर चर्चा करून त्यावर उपाययोजना देण्यात आल्या. बैठकीस विद्यापीठातील विविध विभागाचे प्रमुख, शास्त्रज्ञ, लातूर विभागाचे विभागीय कृषि सहसंचालक कार्यालयाचे प्रतिनिधी, विभागातील जिल्हा अधीक्षक कृषि अधिकारी, तालुका कृषि अधिकारी व मान्यवर यांची उपस्थिती होती.

The 75th Divisional Research and Extension Advisory Committee meeting
concluded.
The
75th Divisional Research
and Extension Advisory Committee meeting for the Central Maharashtra Plateau
Region, organized by Parbhani – based Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural
University at National Agricultural
Research Project, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, on June 14.
The meeting was presided by Hon. Vice-Chancellor Dr.
Indra Mani. Director of Research Dr. Khijar Baig, Director of Extension
Education Dr. Dharamraj Gokhale, and Director of Research of the Agricultural
Council, Pune, Dr. Harihar Kausadikar were present on dais.
In
the presidential address, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Dr. Indra Mani said
that the feedback received from farmers through the university, the state agriculture
department, and other extension agencies is crucial in determining the
direction of research and extension activities to address the problems faced by
farmers in their fields. The university conducts research, based on this
feedback and complementary to the climate of Marathwada. The task of delivering
this research to farmers falls on the university, state agriculture department,
and other extension agencies, and everyone must be committed to this. Regular
meetings between the state agriculture department and the university are necessary
to effectively understand and address farmers' issues. In the coming times, the
Parbhani University will continue to provide various seeds, recommendations,
and facilities for farmers. He emphasized that if all departments come together
for continuous and collective efforts, the desired changes can be achieved.
Therefore, everyone should always remember the motto "Farmer is God"
and work very effectively.
On
this occasion, Director of Research Dr. Khizar Beg stated that extensive
research is being conducted by the university, and recommendations have been
made for improved cultivation practices and varieties for all crops. It is
essential to convey all this information to the farmers, emphasizing the need
to increase their productivity.
Following
this, Director of Extension Education Dr. Dharamraj Gokhale suggested that to
disseminate the university's technology, on-field demonstrations for farmers
should be increased. He also recommended that all agencies implement innovative
initiatives at the farmer level, such as "My Day with My Farmer (Maza Ek
Diwas Mazya Balirajasobat)." Additionally, it is necessary to collect and
disseminate information related to the technologies widely adopted by farmers,
ensuring their further promotion and presentation.
On
this occasion, Dr. Harihar Kausadikar, Director of Research, Agricultural Council stated that the work of
the Agricultural University and the Agriculture Department is proceeding well.
He emphasized that the university's research should be conducted directly in
the farmers' fields to make it more effective. Identifying areas where farmers
face major challenges and providing guidance and conducting research directly
in their fields is necessary, he noted.
During
the program, Dr. Tukaram Mote, Divisional Agriculture Joint Director of the Chhatrapati
Sambhajinagar Division, presented the Kharif season planning for the
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division. Additionally, he highlighted several issues
and topics for the university to focus on for extensive research and extension
work, including the spread of the snail pest, the high incidence of wilt
disease in mulched chili crops due to continuous rain, guidance on innovative
fruit crop planting, high-density planting of mango and sweet lime, storage
methods for Surti hurda, inter-row cropping methods in soybean and maize, and
SRT technology.
Dr.
Suryakant Pawar gave the introduction for the program, and he appealed to all
departments to implement and extend the various measures and recommendations
presented at the meeting. During the meeting, various divisions of the state agriculture
department and the university presented their respective reports. Discussions
were held on the received feedback, and solutions were provided. The meeting
was attended by heads of various departments of university, scientists, and
representatives from the Divisional Agriculture Joint Director's office of the
Latur Division, District Superintendent Agriculture Officers, Taluka
Agriculture Officers, and other dignitaries.
